Information You Provide to Us

  • Photos of your room and related information so that our designers can provide you with our design Services.
  • Information you provide in response to a Einterio survey.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence with Einterio, including email address, if you contact us for customer support or other purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our Services.
  • Your style profile and design preferences.

Information We Collect Automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and usage patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Services, including the resources that you access and use on the Services.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). How Is Your Information Shared?

In some cases, we use third-party service providers as data processors to process personal information. Examples of processing include sending email, analyzing data, and providing user services. Personal information is collected and/or shared to the extent necessary to enable such processing. These data processors may also include other service providers that facilitate processing of information to enable the Services to function.

Personal information that you provide to us, and information about your order, may be combined with other personal information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information may be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. Browser Cookies

Do Not Track Disclosure

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. Marketers and Promotional Offers

If you do not wish to have your contact information or user content used by Einterio to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@Einterio.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, the email will have an “unsubscribe” feature that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future email distributions.

Targeted Advertising

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can also opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

How Is Your Information Kept Secure?

We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All personal information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and will be backed up on at least a weekly basis. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about sharing your Einterio account information with anyone else or otherwise providing access by third parties to your Einterio account. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted via our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

Children Under The Age Of 16

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information via our website or register for or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not access, use or register for the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us. No Sale of Personal Information

Based on our understanding of the term “sell” under the CCPA, Einterio does not “sell” your personal information and has not sold it to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy. However, like many companies online, we utilize services provided by third parties and/or service providers that help deliver interest-based advertising to you as described in the section above entitled What Information Do We Collect?

Right to Access Specific Information/Data Portability.You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

Right to Deletion of Information.You have the right to request that we, and our service providers, delete the personal information we have collected from you.   • Perform a contract with you.
  • Detect or resolve security or functionality-related issues.

Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by law, we will not:

  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Exercising Your California Access, Data Portability, and Privacy Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or the authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

Response Timing and Format

We aim to respond to a consumer request for access, portability, or deletion within 45 days of receiving that request. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of the verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive we may either:

  • Charge a reasonable fee reflecting administrative costs involved; or
  • Refuse to respond to the request and notify you of the reason.

What If There Are Changes To Our Privacy Policy?

We post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account, if you have one. The date the Privacy Policy was last updated is identified at the top of this page.
